Project Xcellence Partners Sdn. Bhd. (PXP) successfully conducted another session of its signature 2-Day Project Management Excellence (PME) programme on 27–28 October 2026 at the PXP Training Centre, Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya.
The programme brought together professionals from diverse backgrounds for two days of learning, lively discussions, practical exercises and valuable exchanges of project management experiences.
Facilitated by Ts. Alex Zulkarnain Zulkarim, PXP’s Senior Principal Consultant and Trainer, the programme explored key dimensions of project management excellence, including project excellence essentials, risk excellence, stakeholder management excellence, Project Management Office, leadership and culture and lots of tips and secrets to delivering successful projects.
What made this session particularly rewarding was the enthusiasm and active participation of the attendees. The group discussions, sharing of real-world challenges and occasional laughter reinforced an important principle: project management excellence is not merely about processes and methodologies, but also about people, leadership and sound judgement.
The programme concluded with certificate presentations and a strong sense of camaraderie among the participants.
