Project Xcellence Partners (PXP) successfully delivered its two-day Project Management Excellence (PME) programme on 17–18 December 2025 at the PXP Training Centre, Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya.
The programme brought together senior project practitioners from various industries for an intensive, practical exploration of what truly drives project success… beyond theory, templates, and compliance.
Led by Ts. Alex Zulkarnain Zulkarim, Senior Principal Consultant of PXP, the programme covered key areas including project risk excellence, stakeholder leadership, PMO effectiveness, project culture, and risk-based decision-making, all grounded in real project experience.
A special highlight was the guest sharing by En. Pandai Othman, who provided candid, real-world perspectives that reinforced the realities of project delivery and leadership under pressure.
Participants completed 16 hours of focused learning and were awarded 12 CPD hours by PXP. Feedback highlighted the programme’s practical, no-nonsense approach and its strong relevance to real organisational challenges.
The Project Management Excellence (for Project Sponsors, Directors & Managers) program reflects PXP’s commitment to developing project leaders who deliver results, not just reports.
The next PME program is scheduled for 2nd week of February 2026, before CNY holidays and Ramadhan fasting month.
