• >34 years in upstream oil & gas development projects with involvement in all project phases from feasibility studies to start-up of oil & gas facilities as Project Manager, Head Facility, Head Front End, Head Field Development, Project Team Leader, Head Instrument and Project Instrumentation Engineering.
• Managing >USD 9 billion oil & gas development projects (Kasawari Gas Field Development, NC3 Gas Field Development, Garraf Oil Development, West Lutong/Tukau Appraisal, NC3 Mercury Removal Unit Module, NC3 Air Cooler Module)  Technical Coach under Project & Engineering Manager Accelerator (PEMA) programme since 2024 for developing Best-in-Class Project Managers in Petronas.
