In 1996 was accorded with Associate membership from CIMA, and has since maintaining the title as Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA). She is also a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants
- Was an Inhouse Trainer for Risk Management, Culture Transformation and Business Planning during her stint in PETRONAS
- >33 years of experience mainly in the downstream Oil and Gas industry, she has contributed to PETRONAS Group of Companies and played key roles in business and strategic planning, risk management, crisis and business continuity management, sustainability development, capability development, change management and corporate governance
- Familiar with Malaysia’s Main Listing Requirements (MMLR), regulatory compliance and ESG requirement for public-listed companies, possesses a deep understanding of their practical implementation
- Led a risk workstream for a merger and acquisition of companies where she developed a comprehensive risk assessment, mitigation strategies and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
- She is most passionate in Enterprise Risk Management where she established and operationalized risk governance frameworks, guidelines and risk oversight structures for a public listed company
