• Graduated in 1991 from New Mexico State University, USA with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and was conferred a post-graduate certificate in International Business from University of Melbourne, Australia in 2007.
• Has >30 years of working experience in Oil and gas industry as EPCC and EPCM contractor, PMC (Project Management Consultant), and PMT (Project Management Team) member, for local and international projects.
• A Certified Quality Manager by American Society for Quality (ASQ), and a Certified ISO 9001 Lead Assessor by SIRIM, and Neville Clarke.
• Has held leadership roles in Project Quality Management, Project Management, Project Risk Management, and Site Management.
• Major contributions include leading the development of PETRONAS Project Quality fraternity and modules encompassing a structured technical capability program for the development of competent Project Quality Practitioners; and pioneered the development and deployment of Project Risk Management practices across PETRONAS.
