Project Xcellence Partners (PXP) organized a special leadership sharing session on 08 March 2026 titled:
“Courage & Passion in Project Leadership: Stories That Inspire Project Leaders.”
Held at the PXP Training Centre, Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya, the session brought together project management professionals for an engaging morning of learning, reflection, and inspiration.
The event featured two distinguished speakers who have made significant contributions to their respective industries:
* Dr. Ts. Siti A’iasah Hashim, the first female Director General of the Malaysian Nuclear Agency, who shared insights from her remarkable journey leading complex national-level initiatives especially in Nuclear Technology.
* Pn. Wan Norkhairiyah Wan Montil, Senior Vice President of Antah Oilfield Sdn. Bhd., who spoke about leadership experiences in the demanding global oil and gas sector and the importance of resilience, courage, and innovation in project environments, especially in Middle East and Africa.
Throughout the session, both speakers shared personal leadership experiences, lessons learned from navigating complex projects, and perspectives on the evolving role of project leaders in today’s dynamic industries. Their stories highlighted the importance of courage, passion, and perseverance in achieving project success and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
The session was attended by 20 participants, making it a meaningful and interactive gathering despite being held during the Ramadan fasting month. Participants engaged actively with the speakers, contributing to thoughtful discussions and knowledge exchange.
This session marked PXP’s 3rd Ramadan Learning Session, continuing the organization’s commitment to fostering continuous professional development and knowledge sharing within the project management community.
