PXP is making its Training Centre available for selected professional programmes through a hosted package that combines the venue with basic programme coordination and on-site support.
A well-run professional programme needs more than four walls, tables and a projector. The environment should support concentration, participation and meaningful interaction, while the organiser should be able to focus on the programme rather than worry about basic venue arrangements.
With this in mind, Project Xcellence Partners Sdn. Bhd. is making the PXP Training Centre at Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya available for selected project management, leadership, professional development and organisational programmes through the PXP-Hosted Training & Professional Event Package.
This is not offered as a conventional standalone venue rental. Each programme must be reviewed and approved by PXP and will be hosted with basic programme coordination, venue preparation and on-site support.
A practical setting for professional learning and engagement
The PXP Training Centre has been arranged to support different types of professional programmes, including:
– Training courses and workshops
– Leadership and management sessions
– Professional forums and roundtable discussions
– Team alignment and organisational development programmes
– Project meetings and planning sessions
– Facilitated discussions
The main training area can accommodate up to 24 participants in classroom-style seating with tables, or up to 32 participants in theatre-style seating.
The Centre also includes a presentation stage, ceiling-mounted projector, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, microphone and sound system. Participants have access to complimentary hot and cold drinking water, pantry facilities and washrooms.
A separate meeting room for up to six persons, equipped with its own projector, may also be included depending on the requirements of the programme and availability.
More than simply providing the space
PXP’s approach is to support programmes that are relevant to professional capability development and organisational improvement.
The hosted package includes pre-programme coordination with the organiser, preparation of the agreed room layout, basic opening and closing support, and assistance with normal venue matters during the programme.
Organisers may also discuss additional services with PXP where required. These may include programme administration, registration support, communications and marketing, facilitation, moderation, event coordination, meal arrangements, PXP-issued certificates and applicable PXP CPD points.
These additional services are subject to an agreed scope and separate fees.
Suitable for organisations and professional communities
The package is intended for organisations, professional bodies, consulting groups, trainers and facilitators seeking a comfortable and professionally supported environment for focused professional programmes.
PXP will review each proposed programme to ensure that it is suitable for the Training Centre, consistent with PXP’s professional environment and compliant with the applicable building and operational requirements.
The organiser remains responsible for its programme content, speakers, participant management and any external vendors unless PXP is specifically appointed to provide additional support.
2026 Year-End Special Rates
For approved programmes conducted on or before 31 December 2026, PXP is offering the following special rates:
Full-Day Package: RM500
Half-Day Package: RM300
The full-day package provides up to eight consecutive hours, while the half-day package provides up to four consecutive hours. The approved period includes access, setup, registration, programme delivery and pack-down.
