Project Xcellence Partners (PXP) successfully organised a Ramadhan Sharing Session: ‘The Negotiation Masterclass’ at the PXP Training Centre, Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya.
The 6-hour session, held from 10:00am to 4:00pm, was attended by 18 participants from various professional backgrounds. The session focused on practical, hands-on negotiation skills designed for leaders and professionals involved in high-stakes discussions.
The programme emphasised structured preparation, understanding fallback positions, managing complex negotiations, handling objections and deadlocks, and preserving professional relationships while securing favourable outcomes. Real-life simulations were incorporated to provide participants with practical exposure to negotiation pressure, emotional dynamics, and power balance scenarios.
The session aimed to equip participants with greater confidence, control, and clarity when navigating challenging conversations, particularly in project and corporate environments. Real life examples and experiences were shared.
This Free crash course Masterclass (originally a 2-days course) was delivered by Ts. Brian Iskandar Zulkarim who shared his many real life examples and experiences as well.
