10 December 2025 marked another milestone for Project Xcellence Partners (PXP) as its MD/CEO, Ts. Alex Zulkarnain Zulkarim, appeared as an invited panellist at the Project Management Conference 2025 (PROMAC 2025) organised by the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM). Held at The Everly Hotel, Putrajaya, the conference gathered industry leaders, practitioners, and policy influencers under the theme:
“Legacy to Innovation: Building Resilient & Sustainable Future of Project Management.”
Panel Session 1: Leading in the Age of BANI
Ts. Alex participated in Panel Session 1, titled “Leading in the Age of BANI,” alongside:

The session was moderated by Ir. Ahmad Rafidi Mohayiddin of IEM.
The conversation covered leadership challenges and organisational expectations within today’s rapidly shifting environment in the age of BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-Liner, Incomprehensible), with each panellist offering experience-based insights from their respective industries.
A Strong Showing for PXP
Following the session, Ts. Alex was presented with an official Certificate of Appreciation by the Project Management Technical Division (PMTD), IEM, recognising his contribution as a panellist at PROMAC 2025.
PROMAC 2025 placed Ts. Alex among respected leaders in Malaysia’s project management ecosystem, positioning PXP visibly within the national professional community. His participation continues PXP’s ongoing role in supporting, shaping, and contributing to Malaysia’s project management landscape.
